Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Go Eat is a food delivery service that brings great food from our local restaurants and also home cook straight to your doorsteps

Our deliver services are available from 10:OOam to 22.00pm daily

Step 1 – Select your location
Step 2 – Select your meals from the list of Restaurants
Step 3 – Minimum order

Step 4 – Confirm order and make payment via credit card or cash.
Step 5 – Your meal is on the way!

You will receive a confirmation number and an email from us, stating the orders that you have selected.

In the event that you have confirmed and submitted your orders, no cancellations are allowed.

Address Verification is an additional step for you to verify whether your address is correct or not. There is an added feature which allows you to PIN YOUR ADDRESS to make it more accurate. We take steps into making sure that your orders will reach to you at the earliest time and the most accurate address given.

Currently Go Eat coverage area is only Putrajaya, Selangor, Lembah Klang, Johor, Terengganu, Kedah, Pulau Pinang dan Sarawak.
